to reduce or increase film contrast
4. Intro to various paper types;
using fiber based paper
5. Slides and discussion; forming
a body of work

2 Darkroom:
1. Printing demonstration

-- Split filter burning and didging
-- Flashing paper
2. Assignment: Visit local photo
gallery (TBA) Discussion to follow

1. Zone system: exposing for shadow
detail, developing for highlight
detail
2. Group critique of student work
3. Exposing with filters; bleaching
and toning prints
